Technical rigour, transparency and flexibility are Glaucia's foundations to offer GHz clients an effective ands seamless local research experience.
With her engaging and empathetic personality, Glaucia cultivates trustful bonds with design and innovation professionals throughout the world and is an active EPIC member.
Working with ethnography and field research since 2002, Glaucia is proficient in English and Spanish. Graduated in Social Communication at UNIP and specialised in Brazilian Sociology at USP.
Eitan Rosenthal
CTO, Partner
Eitan deals with the impacts of technology on research practice, monitors opportunities and drives GHz's towards value adding through the adoption of proper technologies and digital platforms.
On daily operations, he leads tech-related projects deployment in constant search for effective deliveries through deeper integration with clients’ operations and design goals.
Veteran businessman and consultant in creative economic segments in Brazil, Eitan is graduated in business at USP, post-graduated in Design Thinking at Elisava. His first job was as a COBOL coder, back in 1975.
Alessandra Rocha
Field Manager
Expert in resource management, Alessandra is responsible for quality of field operations and coordinates research participants’ journey from start to end.
GHz’s collaborator since beginning, Alessandra has an enviable capacity to anticipate and solve operational problems and to engage deeply in projects’ fieldwork.
She is also a Muay Thai practitioner and an animal lover.
Laura Reiss
Researcher, Moderator
Social scientist and ethnographer with strategic planning background, Laura is always aware and curious about people and sensitive to different culture universes.
Over 10 years experience with Quali and Ethno, she conducted researches for Natura, Johnson & Johnson, and Branding & Innovation for Accenture, FutureBrand, Edelman.
Laura is a graduated in Social Sciences at USP, with extensions in anthropology and Design Thinking at MIT. She is proficient in English.
Georgina Melo
Note Taker and Moderator
Georgina is an experienced account manager and executive producer, and has a degree in advertising. Over time, she understood that her professional choices - and calling - were naturally related to deep human contact.
She found her way into Research as a regional recruiter and field coordinator at GHz in Recife and now, after in-company training, she is a supporting moderator and data analyst.
Helena Nicotero
Interpretation Expert
Professional interpreter since 2000, Helena lived and studies in several English speaking countries, which different cultures and communication forms brought her the flexibility required to deal with unforeseen situations and to pay attention to different intonations, gestures and subtle signals.
She took part in a wide range of research settings like IDIs, workshops, FCs, ideation sessions, full-day Ethnos, InHomes, ShopAlong - for a wide range of market categories.
